RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please contact us within 7 days if an item doesn't live up to your expectations. Buyer will be responsible for any shipping on returned items, with exceptions for damaged shipments and items which vary greatly from the listing or photos. Please be sure to return items in original condition - new manufacturer sealed. Once an order is shipped, the shipping cost you paid at the time of purchase is spent to ship your order out to you and therefore is no longer available to be refunded. A 20% restocking fee may apply to returns. Please provide a photograph of any damaged items so we can determine the best course of action.
SHIPPING & LEAD TIME
Everything ships from Salt Lake City, Utah with standard shipping with the Post Office. We ship with basic packaging and repurposed materials to keep prices low and help the environment by reusing materials and using fewer materials.
As for shipping times, we have zero control over shipping once it is dropped off at the post office. The USPS is understaffed and working overtime to deliver packages, so be patient and order ahead of time! Most packages will be delivered in 1-5 business days. Most of these are made to order products and may take 1-3 days to make/perfect.
So when ordering, plan on at least 2-8 business days to receive your order.
